Join The Black Deaf Project for our first Black Hands Travel adventure. Get ready for an unforgettable experience that will immerse you in the vibrant culture and rich history of Jamaica's Deaf community. You'll have the opportunity to work with students at the Deaf school, engage with worker at the Deaf coffee shop, learn Jamaica Sign Language, attend a Black Deaf church, stay at the Deaf Village, and enjoy the beauty of Jamaican life.
Program Fee: $1150
Payment plans Available and limited scholarships.
Cost includes: Required virtual pre-departure workshops, Dorm style accommodations, in-country transportation, all meals, emergency medical insurance, emergency interpreter support, travel bag & team t- shirt, and all entry fees, supplies and educational material.
Not included: Passport, Flight, Travel insurance, and Spending money
